Strategic HR Projects

Some situations require focused HR leadership for a defined period of time. Strategic project engagements allow organisations to bring in experienced HR support to lead specific initiatives, manage complex situations, or deliver structured people programmes without creating a permanent role.

Typically used where organisations need experienced HR leadership to establish or rebuild an HR function, or to design and deliver a structured recruitment campaign (for example: pre-opening).

Designed for those acquiring care services who require an independent review of workforce risk, employment compliance and HR infrastructure prior to purchase. (Price based on 1 site, for multi-site, please ask)

Urgent Case Risk Assessment

When a people situation becomes complicated, early clarity can make a significant difference.

This confidential triage session provides a calm, structured review of the situation so you can understand the risks, stabilise the immediate position, and decide what to do next.

Initial review of the situation based on information provided
Identification of key legal, operational and cultural risks
Immediate “do / don’t do” guidance to stabilise the situation
Clear outline of possible routes forward (emailed following the session)

Ongoing advice outside the session

General Terms

Working Hours/Time

Normal working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Work requested outside these hours will be charged separately.

1 day = 8 hours

Expenses

Travel, accommodation and reasonable additional expenses will be charged separately, subject to prior agreement.

All Essentials & Case Risk Assessment packages
Full payment is required in advance of any work being undertaken. (Faster payment accepted)

Retainer packages
Fees are payable in advance on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis, as agreed.

Projects
P1 & P2 packages
Fees are payable in advance on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis, as agreed.

P3 package (HR Due Diligence Assessments)
Full payment is required in advance of any work being undertaken


A signed agreement is required prior to the commencement of any work.


Please note that the cost of the Risk Triage package will be deducted from any full price retainer contracts with a minimum 5 days per month for a minimum 12 month term scheduled to begin immediately following the Triage session
